Cancellation Policy

P² Farm – Private Lesson Policies Cancellations + No Show If we don’t hear from you and the lesson time passes, the session is counted as used since we reserved that time and horse for you. Safety Closed-toe shoes are required for all riders and guests. Please stay in designated areas and check with us before approaching any horses. Weather If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your lesson at no cost. Instructor Adjustments Your instructor may adjust your horse or activities for safety reasons. Refunds / Credits We do not offer refunds; however, credits toward a future lesson can be issued within our policy window. Make-up sessions must be used within the same month. Farm Flexibility Occasionally we may need to adjust lesson times for horse care or safety. We’ll communicate as early as possible.
