Farm Tour
Service Description
Come take a tour of the farm, meet our animal residents, and learn about some of their unique rescue stories. Guests can enjoy feeding treats, petting, and snuggling our miniature horses, and you may even get to meet our resident ram, Shoto. Just please don't tug on his wool... he's very particular about his hairstyle! A small number of treats are included. Tours typically last 30 minutes, depending on group size.
Cancellation Policy
For the safety of all guests and horses, everyone on the property must wear closed-toe shoes and follow staff instructions at all times. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled ride. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled ride cost, and rescheduling within that same timeframe will incur a 10% fee. If no notice is given and the scheduled ride time passes, the session will be counted as used. In some cases, we may need to adjust or move your ride for safety reasons; if that happens, we will work with you to ensure you are taken care of. While we do not typically offer refunds, credits or refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances, and any approved make-up ride must be used within the same month.
